Keith Romero is the Owner/Founder of Romero Strategic Communications LLC (RSC), and a senior strategic communications leader with more than 25 years of experience advising organizations across corporate, agency, and nonprofit sectors. A trusted advisor to executives and leadership teams, he specializes in internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, and crisis communications. He is known for delivering high-impact messaging strategies that enhance engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and secure competitive wins through clear, compelling content.

His experience includes senior-level roles supporting global organizations such as Kraft Heinz, Taylor & Francis, Avanade, and RSM, where he led communications strategy and developed executive-level content that improved engagement and alignment. As a founder, he has secured more than $3 million in contract awards through winning proposals and strategic positioning. He combines deep communications expertise with strengths in analytics, AI-assisted content development, and program measurement to deliver consistent, results-oriented value.

He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Columbia College and a Master of Arts degree in Communications Management from Syracuse University.

Blase Settecase is a freelance graphic designer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in clean, impactful visual design. He has worked with RSC for the past four years and works across website design, pitch decks, layout, branding, and proposal design, helping teams present ideas clearly and effectively. He has collaborated with clients including Co-Opportunity Market Santa Monica, Chicago Hoodies, Simply Klean, Serta Simmons, and Xcitephoto. A graduate of Roosevelt University, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project across both digital and print.

Michael Vitali is a senior communications professional and creative director with decades of experience delivering high-impact content across financial, scientific, and legal sectors. As the principal behind MichaelVitali.net, he specializes in translating complex subject matter into clear, persuasive messaging that drives engagement and informed decision-making. His work focuses on advisor, investor, and stakeholder communications, with a strong emphasis on retirement planning, investment strategies, and the financial dimensions of philanthropy.

Carl “Ben” Lenz is a seasoned graphic designer and marketing generalist with more than 35 years of experience delivering high-impact visual design, brand identity, and marketing solutions. With studios in Chicago and Southwest Michigan, he partners with clients across the U.S. and Europe to create innovative campaigns and identity systems that build strong, enduring brands. His expertise spans the biomedical sector and beyond, combining strategic thinking with creative execution.
